Archi-FIORE – architectural “flower”, “full-blown” in the middle of the metropolis.
On one of the streets of Seoul ( South Korea ) came 6-storey building with original shapes. Architects, inspired by traditional Asian curved roofs of houses, tried to repeat the same shape in their own interpretation. Looking at the facades of the building, it seems that in the middle of the street “blossomed” architectural flower.

The Korean company IROJE KHM Architects has realized the construction of a multifunctional building called Archi-FIORE . It outlines clearly traced favorite design techniques Architects – asymmetrical curves showing the outline of the traditional Korean curved roofs. The building looks like an architectural flower from metal skeletons, made in the style of “pop art”.

The architects are not standing goal: to create a monolithic structure, so they designed a 4 separate buildings with a total area of 155 square meters which can accommodate an office space, a cafe, a restaurant, a gymnasium and residential apartments. Thanks to the complex accumulation of the infrastructure necessary for comfortable living, this project is called “vertical city”.
It is worth noting that the interior follows the basic design elements of the facade: railings, staircases decorated with curly curved shapes.
